FCC to expand 5 GHz spectrum
The FCC is looking at adding an extra 195 Mhz to the 5 GHz range. Currently, the 22 channels (13 usable without all that DFS mumbojumbo) will increase to a whopping 35 channels. Here is a good article about it all.
